COMPLAINTS & RETURNS
If you have reason to complain because a delivered item does not meet your expectations or you have ordered an item incorrectly, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Use our returns service, which is free of charge for you, and fill out our form below. Items ordered incorrectly must be unused and in the sealed original packaging.

Please pack the goods carefully and in the original packaging. In order to avoid damage during return shipping, which you will be responsible for if the packaging is not appropriate, please use appropriate outer packaging or use the original shipping carton.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice or a printout of your online order confirmation with the return to speed up the returns process and avoid time-consuming queries.

uOur returns service is free of charge for you. Please do not send any packages without our return label, otherwise we will not be able to accept them.

After receipt and appropriate inspection of the goods, you will be credited with the value of the goods within 14 days.
